At DQ TyreTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Due to the nature of tyres and mousse inserts, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been mounted, fitted, or used in any way.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Tyres that have been mounted or show signs of use
- Mousse inserts that have been fitted or cut
- Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
- Special order or custom items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [dunmx32@gmail.com] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns authorisation and instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if items are returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
